Privacy Policy

Who we are

Welcome to Caztrade’s Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose personal information when you visit our website or use our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect:

We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and billing information when you register for an account or make a purchase. We also collect information automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website.

How We Use Your Information:

We use your personal information to provide and improve our services, communicate with you, process payments, and comply with legal obligations. We may also use your information to send you promotional offers and updates about our products and services.

Information Sharing and Disclosure:

We may share your personal information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website and delivering our services. We may also share your information as required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

Data Retention:

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Your Rights:

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may also opt out of receiving promotional communications from us.

If you have any questions or concerns about our Privacy Policy, please contact us at [email protected].

The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
